Happy Canadian Thanksgiving! I hope you've all enjoyed following along with my Thanksgiving posts this week as much as I've enjoyed creating them!
For those who are celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend, I hope it's full of family, friends, fun, and most importantly, great food! And for the majority of my readers who still have over a month to wait until their Thanksgiving, I hope these recipes have inspired you to start thinking of some memorable dishes to share with your loved ones this year. For those who don't celebrate Thanksgiving at all, these recipes are all still great served any day of the week so don't count yourselves out!
In case you missed any of the posts this week, here's a roundup. Don't forget to check the bottom of each individual post for links to more ideas for that part of the meal!
Day 1 – Drink: Apple orchard punch
Day 2 – Appetizer: Spicy pumpkin hummus
Day 3 – Bread: Hearty sweet potato braids
Day 4 – Salad: Pumpkin, cranberry & goat cheese salad with maple vinaigrette
Day 5 – Side: Butternut squash gratin with rosemary breadcrumbs
Day 6 – Vegetarian Main: Roasted vegetable galette
Day 7 – Dessert: Mini pumpkin tarts
And if you still need more inspiration, check out my sister Genevieve's Thanksgiving Week roundup of vegan recipes over at Vanilla & Spice.
I'm off to start helping with the big meal! Have a great weekend everyone :)
Between the two of you, you will have a glorious Thanksgiving feast! Which I was invited. :)

ReplyDeleteAw thanks! Fortunately, for the real meal we didn't have that much to make ourselves and got to enjoy our family's wonderful cooking - a nice break after a week of non-stop cooking!
Yes, it's nice having so many good cooks in the family - makes for great meals at holidays! I don't think I've ever had as much Thanksgiving-related food as I have this year (my own recipes, plus tasting all of the recipes you posted here, then the actual meal, and now enjoying the leftovers!)
